Free Pregnancy Test
Think You’re Pregnant?
Find Out For Sure.
Have you taken multiple pregnancy tests at home? All the same results or conflicting results? It can happen.
Although an at-home pregnancy test can be accurate, the best way to know for sure is to take a medical-grade urine test followed by an ultrasound, all performed by a medical professional. Not only will this confirm a pregnancy, but it will also provide you with other valuable information, which is the viability of the pregnancy, how far along your pregnancy is and the options you have.

At TruCare, our free medical-grade pregnancy tests are 99% accurate, and they’re done in a safe, caring, and private setting. Our medical staff are highly trained and dedicated to meeting your healthcare needs.

Pregnancy Test Q & A
Does TruCare offer urine-based or blood-based pregnancy tests?
TruCare offers BOTH urine based and blood based pregnancy tests. We will start with a urine test, and if you are still unsatisfied with the results, we will offer a blood test as well.
Do the blood pregnancy tests measure my hCG levels?
Our blood pregnancy test tests for the presence or absence of hCG in your blood. We do not offer quantitative hCG blood testing, which tests for the numerical level of hCG in your blood. We can, however, provide referrals by phone for places that you can get the quantitative hCG testing for low cost or free.
How long will it take to get my pregnancy test results?
Urine based pregnancy tests will result in 5 minutes and blood based pregnancy tests will result in 20 minutes from the time of the blood draw.
Is there a cost associated with a pregnancy test?
All of our pregnancy services at Trucare are completely free of charge, including pregnancy tests.
Will a pregnancy test tell me how far along I am?
A pregnancy test will not tell you how far along your pregnancy is, but your nurse will be able to help you estimate how far along your pregnancy is if you are able to provide accurate information about the timing of your last menstrual period.
How soon after having sex can I take a pregnancy test with accurate results? Do I have to wait until I miss my period to take a pregnancy test?
Our tests are specifically designed to work after you have missed a period, or 30 days from your last menstrual period, regardless of when you had sex. Testing before this time can lead to inaccurate results.
How accurate are your pregnancy tests?
Both our urine and blood pregnancy tests are 99% accurate.
I need a Proof of Pregnancy for Medicaid, but I already took a pregnancy test at home that was positive. Am I able to bypass the pregnancy test portion?
In order to provide a proof of pregnancy for Medicaid, we must conduct our own pregnancy test here in the clinic. This is because home pregnancy tests are not all the same, and some are less accurate than others.
